Who we are
Home Clearout is a trading name of Waste Growth Partners, company number 17333854, registered office 328 Downham Way, Bromley, Kent, BR1 5NR. You can contact us at [email protected]. These terms cover your use of this website and the phone number on it.
What we do
Home Clearout is a booking and introduction service. We advertise rubbish removal and clearance services in Birmingham and connect you with Local Waste Removal, an independent, registered waste carrier that carries out the collections. We do not collect, transport or dispose of waste ourselves, and we do not employ the crew.
When you call the number on this site, your call goes directly to Local Waste Removal. Any estimate, booking or collection is agreed between you and them. Your contract for the work is with Local Waste Removal, and your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to that contract.
Prices and estimates
Prices on this site are Local Waste Removal's guide prices for standard household waste. They are there to help you judge the likely cost and are not a quote.
When you call, Local Waste Removal give you an estimate from your description or photos. The final price is confirmed on arrival, before anything is loaded, based on the actual volume, weight, type of waste and access. It can be a little more or less than the estimate. You are free to decline before any work starts, and no charges are added without your agreement. Soil, rubble, concrete and hazardous items are quoted separately.
Same-day collection
Same-day collection is offered where there is availability. Calling before 4 pm gives the best chance of a same-day slot, and collections often happen within two hours, but neither is guaranteed. If a same-day slot is not available, Local Waste Removal will offer the next available time.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact Local Waste Removal directly on the number you were given when you booked, as early as you can. [Any charge for a late cancellation is set out in Local Waste Removal's own terms, which they will explain when you book.]
Calls
Calls to the number on this site are recorded. Our Privacy Policy explains how recordings are used and how long they are kept.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for this website and for keeping the information on it accurate. We are not party to your contract with Local Waste Removal, and we are not responsible for the collection itself, including timing, pricing, property damage, disposal or conduct on site. Those matters are between you and Local Waste Removal, who hold their own public liability insurance and Environment Agency waste carrier registration, CBDU654229.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

The reviews shown on this site are Google reviews of Local Waste Removal, displayed through a third-party widget. We do not edit them.
Complaints
If something goes wrong with a collection, contact Local Waste Removal first, as they are best placed to put it right. If you have a concern about this website or how we have handled your information, email [email protected] and we will reply within five working days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We update this page when anything changes, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
